Delete your account through the App

To request that your account and associated data is deleted, please follow these steps:

- Log in to your account using your credentials.

- From the main Menu at the bottom, tap Settings icon.

- Tap Unsubscribe.

- Tap Continue to confirm.

Data Deletion Policy

When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete the following data:

- Your account information (e.g., name, address, phone)

- Your app usage data (e.g., rewards, quizzes, challenges)

However, we may retain some data for a limited period, as required by law or for internal analytics purposes. This includes:

- Aggregated usage data (e.g., number of users)

- Account access data (email)

Retention Period

We will retain your data for a maximum of 30 days after account deletion, during which time you can still request a cancellation of the deletion. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
